A few weeks ago I signed up for a preview of a new fashion website, Fashionair. Since then I've been receiving weekly updates covering everything from designer profiles to styling tips and tricks. From what I've seen so far, this website is going to be a serious leader in the fashion industry, it's well thought out and executed beautifully.

Bernadette Paolucci via Daily Candy
Even though summer is almost over (calender wise anyway) I read about designer Bernadette Paolucci's rope necklaces today on Daily Candy and had to share them.
How wonderful would these be to wear on Cape Cod or the streets of Brooklyn?
For more information go to Old Hollywood.

The famous Hope Diamond is undergoing a redesign.
Jeweler Harry Winston donated the cursed diamond to the Smithsonian 50 years ago and they have now asked for the jewelry house to submit 3 designs to reset the stone. Each of these designs are available online at the Smithsonian's website and you can vote on which one you'd like until September 7th with the winning design being announced in a press conference later in the month.
So, go online and vote for your favorite!

Yo My Booties at MilkShop
Since finding out I'm having a baby I've been more in tune with all things baby related. Recently I was in LA and while shopping on Abbott Kinney saw these amazing metallic baby booties. They are by far the most adorable booties I've come across and will definitely end up on my registry! The only problem is, I can't decide on a color.

As I'm sure most of you have heard by now, Rachel Zoe launched her own website last week. While my personal verdict on her is still out, I can't help but be fascinated by her show on Bravo and I have to admit, the website could definitely come in handy for information and new resources. So, for now I'll be checking in and seeing what's new in the world of Zoe.

Loeffler Randall, an editor favorite, has relaunched their e-commerce site today. The 4 year old brand, which started with shoes, branched out into clothing and handbags in 2007 (the handbags are currently on hiatus, but will be back soon).
Jessie Randall, the chief executive officer and creative director, earned a CFDA award for Accessory Design in 2007 and said this fall's collection was inspired by the Louise Bourgeois exhibit at the Whitney Museum. The collection has a harder edge and includes bondage-y straps and buckles.
Check it all out here.

It seems like every resort season designers turn to Nautical for inspiration, so, while this resort season was nothing new, I still do love Nautical inspired items.
Here are just a few!
